I am thrilled to be your child’s sixth grade teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. The community at DES is very special to me, and I am so excited to be fostering an exciting, warm, and welcoming classroom community with the children in 6A. 

 

Sixth grade is an exciting time in your child's educational journey, and we will have the opportunity to fill our year with memorable experiences and new discoveries. I deeply believe that teachers and parents are partners in educating our children. Therefore, I will be in frequent contact with you throughout the school year and will be sending home  updates about what we're learning, events, and resources to support your child's learning.
